1. Use of Website

All content, including images and text, is owned by Olive & Eve Photography and may not be copied or used without permission.

You agree not to misuse this website for illegal purposes.

2. Booking & Payments

All sessions require a signed agreement and deposit to confirm booking.

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable at our discretion.

Full payment is due before or on the day of the session.

3. Copyright & Usage

Olive & Eve retains copyright on all images. Clients receive a license for personal use.

Images may not be altered, edited, or used commercially without written consent.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellations must be made with reasonable notice. Deposits may not be refunded.

5. Liability

Olive & Eve is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury related to a photography session.

While I take great care in delivering high-quality images, we cannot guarantee specific results.
